Filter Saturation Alarm System

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
The ABJ series visual inspection machine is mainly used for automatic detection of visible impurities and sealing defects for small volume injections (vials, ampoules, oral liquid containers and so on) in the pharmaceutical enterprises. With advanced and compact design, the machine adopts high resolution industrial cameras to ensure full detection of the liquids, so that the visible impurities that may exist in transparent or semi- transparent liquids can be recognized and detected fast and accurately. Impurities include glass fragments, metals, fibers, white spots, white blocks, black spots, plastic fragments and so on). The machine can also accurately identify if the filling volume is within the permissible range. In addition, the inspection machine can carry out inspection for vial sealing and ampoule tip quality. The non-conforming products can be then directly separated from the dial wheel without entering the detection wheel disc, so that the inspection speed and precision can be greatly enhanced to meet the production requirement of customers.
